 Elizabeth took her first woodturning class with Diamond State Woodturners in 2022, but her passion really took off in 2024. A self-proclaimed fan of instant gratification, she describes woodturning as “the pressure washing of woodworking."

She enjoys turning a wide variety of projects, especially bowls, pens, and tool handles. Lately, she’s been working on improving her skills in making lampshades. Always drawn to the unusual, Elizabeth gravitates toward unique materials like epoxy blends, often incorporating wood, dried flowers, or even shredded money into her pieces.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Elizabeth brings a hands-on, experimental spirit to her work and loves pushing the boundaries of traditional woodturning.
